My life has been shaped by leadership, loss, faith, responsibility, and resilience-often all at the same time. I've led teams in high-stakes corporate environments, built organizations from the ground up, raised four sons and my niece after unthinkable loss, and rebuilt my life after surviving an abusive marriage. Along the way, I learned something most frameworks don't teach:

Strength without clarity leads to burnout. Faith without agency leads to stagnation. And resilience isn't something you're born with, it's something you build.

For more than two decades, I've worked in leadership within the insurance and risk management industry, overseeing large teams, complex systems, and critical decisions. I've mentored professionals, advised executives, launched nonprofit initiatives, and created pathways for others to grow into their calling. On the outside, it looked like success. On the inside, like many women I now serve, I was quietly carrying weight few people saw.

There were seasons when I kept going because stopping wasn't an option. Seasons when responsibility demanded strength, but healing demanded honesty. Seasons when faith sustained me, but clarity had to be learned.

That intersection between survival and intention, faith and action, responsibility and self-trust is where my work was born.
